There's no hard and fast rule, but typically, clients invest 2-4 hours per week, including coaching sessions.

Sessions are scheduled at a time that's convenient for both of us. After our initial Big Idea deep dive, we'll map out a recurring time for us to meet. If you need to change your appointment, just let me know!
