Jessica Sato Consulting is a strategic thought partnership firm helping accomplished women founders name the conviction underneath their work and build what's next.
Most established female founders and CEOs don't need more advice; you’ve had more than your fair share over the years.
What you need is a partner who can think at your level, see what you're too close to see, and help you navigate the consequential decisions that will shape the next phase of your business and your larger body of work. That's what this is.
I work with women founders and CEOs who are navigating consequential decisions in their businesses. Often, it looks like one of these two. If you recognize yourself here, you already know the cost of staying where you are.
Deep down, you know you've outgrown the business you built. Technically, your business is successful, but it doesn't fit you or what you know you’re being called to create anymore. If you're like most women wrestling with this moment, you can feel something bigger trying to emerge, but you haven't said it out loud yet, partly because you're not sure what's on the other side, and partly because you wonder what people will think about you if you decide to change course now.
On the whole, your business is working, but something doesn’t feel quite right. Maybe it's your team, or maybe what used to work just isn't landing the way it once did. Sometimes it's subtler than that because you've grown and evolved as a leader, and the business hasn't quite caught up to who you've become. If you're like most founders at this point, you can't quite put your finger on exactly what it is, but the restlessness you’re feeling is real, and you know something needs to shift.
Wherever you are between these two, the work is the same: get clear on what you actually believe and where you want to go, build the path forward, and walk it with someone who's been exactly where you are.
Whether we work together for a day or a year, we follow the same process.
Unearth it.
We excavate the vision and conviction-driven idea at the center of everything you've built. This is rarely something new. It’s often been forming for years underneath your expertise and, let’s be real, your frustration that things aren’t really being addressed in a way you believe they should. This is your Watershed Idea™️, the insight that holds what you know and points it toward the work you're actually meant to do.
Build the bridge.
Once the idea is clear and named, we build the real, practical strategy that connects where you are now to where you're going. This is where conviction becomes a plan. Where needed, we laser in on your offers, your positioning, your governance and decisions, and any other area that needs to be aligned with where you’re going and what you actually believe.
Walk it.
Then you move into it, with the support, accountability, and real-world course correction you need to make it happen. I'm not in the driver's seat; you are. I’m simply holding the map we created together and helping you navigate the entire way.
Strategic Advisory
This is the heart of my work. An ongoing advisory partnership for the founder navigating a consequential transition, where clarity, pacing, and values alignment matter because the cost of getting it wrong is real.
Together, we:
Get crystal clear on what no longer fits, and why
Name the conviction and the idea underneath everything you're building
Build the strategic bridge from where you are to where you're going
Pressure-test the assumptions and tradeoffs most people around you won't name
Make the decisions that hold up over time, not just in the moment
I bring an enterprise-level, systems-oriented lens shaped by years inside complex organizations and high-stakes strategic rooms, paired with a deep respect for the woman doing this work and the life she's building around it.
Investment: $2,500 per month, with most partnerships running six to twelve months depending on the complexity of the transition.
One focused session to bring a single challenge, decision, or opportunity to the table, and leave with a clear, strategic way forward.
Maybe it's a messaging gap, an offer that's stopped landing, a visibility block, or a decision you've been trying to work through for weeks. Whatever it is, this is dedicated time to get to the heart of it and map your next move.
I bring two decades of strategic experience to your one specific challenge. We'll dig into what you're navigating, diagnose what's actually going on underneath it, and build a clear path forward.
You'll walk away with:
Real clarity on the challenge we tackle together
A recording and full transcript of our session
Written documentation of what we covered, the key points, and your concrete next steps
7 days of follow-up Voxer support, so you're not on your own the moment we hang up
Investment: $595. If you decide to continue into ongoing advisory within 14 days, the full cost is credited toward that engagement.
Some of the deepest work happens away from everything familiar. Built to Last Egypt is a retreat experience for women founders, built around rest, legacy reflection, and real connection, including the Cairo Gathering, a day of masterminding and genuine exchange with Egyptian women entrepreneurs.
This is the most intensive, embodied expression of my work, and it’s built on the same core conviction that women with deep expertise, passion, and capital are the most underutilized force for good in the world. I believe we all deserve the space to build something that lasts in a place that provides a powerful backdrop for deep exploration.
The retreat is currently closed. Join the waitlist to be first to know when the 2027 experience opens.

For much of 2025, I’d been thinking about thought leadership and what it could look like for me. After hearing Jess speak about finding your Big Idea, I knew right away she could help me figure that out.
I’d never worked with a coach before, but Jess made the process seamless and accessible.
With her support, I clarified my Big Idea, launched a LinkedIn newsletter, created new packages for my website, and gained the confidence to put myself out there and charge what I’m worth. I feel more in control of my business and much clearer about where I’m going.
Working as a solopreneur can be lonely. Jess became a thought partner to me and helped me see clarity where all I saw was fuzziness.

The biggest challenge for me was mostly around how to shape the idea of what I had in mind. It was there, but it was in pieces, and Jess really helped me turn that idea into a solid foundation as I was reimagining my business.
Working with Jess resulted in a lot more focus, clarity, direction, and structure around my business, my services, and my offers.
Jess is really good at asking thought-provoking questions that you wouldn't otherwise think about. She's amazing at pulling ideas from countless conversations and putting them together in a way that makes sense. I'm happy to say that after five months of working with her, I finally have the foundation, the focus, new direction, and I'm now ready to go!

I was piecing together freebies, trainings, and advice from friends, and still getting nowhere.
I believed in my message, but everything felt overwhelming, urgent, and unsustainable.
Then came Jess. No filler-talk, no rah-rah, just real, actionable strategy that cut through the chaos.
Six months later, I’ve got better offers, updated pricing, a podcast, and a business built on clarity and confidence.
If Jess thinks she can help you, she can, and it'll blow your mind.
If you can feel that something has to shift, and you have no interest in burning down what you've painstakingly built, this is the kind of partnership that helps you move with conviction instead of waiting for a certainty that was only ever going to arrive once you started.
