When The World Is On Fire...

When The World Is On Fire...

Over the last few years, I have been experimenting with different ways to share content about business strategy, impact and social entrepreneurship, and getting your big ideas out on the TEDx stage.

About 3 months ago, I launched the Purpose + Profit podcast as a private experience for people who subscribed. As time has gone on, more and more people have asked if I can make it public, and so... I did!

Going forward, you'll continue to receive this newsletter/podcast episode alert every Tuesday, and I'll be alternating written content and audio content.

I'll be tackling issues this way because in many cases, it's difficult to address the nuances of complex and multi-faceted information with the written world alone, and I believe other issues are best articulated with well-thought-out words.

I'm really excited about this change! It will allow me to serve you better while amplifying the voices of entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and change-makers in a better, bolder way.

So, with that, I invite you to subscribe to the Purpose + Profit podcast on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.

Today's episode, When The World Is On Fire... actively addresses how to navigate business and social media when events around the world make it seem like you need to take a stand.

This episode builds off last week's guest blog by Jade Shebelski, and I'm excited to dig into this conversation more deeply.

Over the last few years, there has been what feels like an unprecedented call for people to take a stand on a wide variety of issues. But as business owners, thought leaders, and change-makers, how do we navigate this space?

Do we speak up about every issue?

How do we decide what to say?

And what happens when it’s not relevant to your business but it’s something you personally want to address?

We tackle all these questions and more in this week’s episode. Give it a listen and then shoot me a message in the comments. I can’t wait to start the conversation.

Here's to making an impact!

Jess
