This week we're continuing our conversation about the importance of environmental scanning and how that work can powerfully shape how we set ourselves up for success in 2024.

Environmental scanning is the act of looking up from the day to day tasks and out into the future to see what might be on the horizon. 

In the corporate world, we typically break this process down into buckets called PESTO/L, and each one represents a different aspect that we need to consider from a business impact perspective.
